Didja Know?

All-New Firefly is a 10-issue limited series comic book (with a stand-alone Big Damn Finale special) published by BOOM! Studios in 2022. It told a single 11-part storyline that, when later published as three trade paperback collections, was titled The Gospel According to Jayne.

The "Wanted Poster" variant cover of this issue features Hoban "Wash" Washburn, previously wanted at a 1000 credits bounty, with suspect considered highly dangerous...but it has been modified with a DECEASED stamp.

Didja Notice?

In the opening flashback to Jayne's youth, the stained glass window in the Juno church is identical to the one seen in the Requiem monastery in "The Gospel According to Jayne" Part 2.

In the flashback, Father Franklin reads the Parable of the Wandering Sheep from the Gospel of Matthew. The Gospel of Matthew is the first book of the New Testament of the Bible. The abbreviated version of the Parable of the Wandering Sheep Father Franklin speaks of is accurate.

On page 21, Inara remarks on the crew having lost Shepherd Book (in "A Better World"), lost Wash (in "Living Weapon"), finding Mal again (in "Return to Earth-That-Was" Part 5), and Zoe giving birth to Emma (in "Leaves on the Wind" Part 1).
